May you experience the Joy and Compassion of the River Today

Find somewhere quiet(ish) to sit or walk and slow down with one of the playful meditations below. All you have to do is let your body relax and focus on your breathing. Notice when the busy thoughts of your mind, enter, and then ask them to leave. Be kind to yourself when you get distracted, and go back to the meditation. Visualize the descriptions in the video meditations and then maybe do/watch the same one a couple of days in a row, then eventually try guiding yourself on your own meditation journey.
